Green tea mojito

The green tea mojito will be your must-have drink this summer. Try it with rum or without alcohol for a delicious, refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice;
4 large spearmint leaves, plus a few more for garnish;
2 teaspoons brown sugar;
1/2 cup Maroccan Mint green tea (brew it and then let it cool);
30 ml of white rum.

Procedure:

Mix the lime juice, mint and brown sugar in a fairly tall glass until the leaves are slightly macerated and have released their fragrance and fresh flavor. Add coarsely crushed ice until it fills about 3/4 of the glass, a few lime wedges and then pour in the rum and green tea.
Stir well, garnish with mint leaves and a lime wedge.

Our Moroccan Mint combines fragrant Moroccan mint leaves with fine hand-rolled Chinese green tea “china gunpowder.”

You can also try jasmine green tea with the rare and exceptional Chung Hao tea scented with jasmine flowers.
